Returns Policy

Right to Cancel

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, and in the original undamaged packaging.

If you wish to return any item please contact us in advance of posting for a Returns Authorisation Number, to be included with your return, and the returns postal address.  Please note: we are unable to except returns without this number.

We offer a 7 day return policy for all fully priced items, so long as they are in their original condition, unused and unworn in their original, undamaged packaging.

Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.

You are liable for the cost of return postage and we would advise sending as Special Delivery for insurance purposes.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for another item featured in our on line shop.   Where the price is higher we will invoice you for the difference, where lower we will refund the difference. 

Refunds

We will refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided a Returns Authorisation Number is obtained within 7 days of receipt.  The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn and in the original undamaged packaging.  All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund via your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace with the same item at no additional charge.  Please contact us ASAP or within 7 days of receipt if your item has arrived damaged and we will supply you with a Returns Authorisation Number.

Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

Personalised Items

Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke item or an item that has been personalised in any way at your request. 

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
